LOVELAND, OHIO - As you buy plants for your gardens this year, please keep Granny's Garden in mind for 4" round and square plastic pots. Please don't throw them away, but consider recycling them by donating them to Granny's Garden.
They are seeking plastic Gerber baby food containers for storing seeds, and as always need square kitty litter buckets.
If you plan a garage sale this spring or fall, please consider donating your leftovers to the garden program. They accept everything except clothing for their next rummage sale is September 24.
If you work with Scouts, sports teams, or any other group that needs to raise funds, consider becoming a part of their next rummage sale. They provide the space, advertising and run the sale for 10 per-cent of what you sell. The more organizations that come together the more shoppers they attract and the more everyone makes.
You can have a summer of bouquets for $40. It makes a great gift, thank you or recognition for a job well done.
Don't forget the summer program begins June 8.
