Sunday, July 12th, from 6-9 PM
LOVELAND, OHIO – The menu is determined by what is ready to harvest. Guests participate in every aspect of the meal from harvesting, cleaning and preparing of the food to setting the table and picking bouquets to cleaning up afterward. Granny will show you how to dig potatoes, pick lettuce and harvest kohlrabi, herbs and other produce, while the guest chefs guide you through preparing the meal. After harvesting and cooking together you will enjoy the bounty of the gardens at the dinner table.
Philippe Audax Executive Chef, Thomas More College will prepare the kickoff Sunday Supper on July 12, and it will be a "triple the treat featuring an international culinary experience with three chefs representing France, Greece and Mount Healthy." The evening's culinary coordination will be led by Loveland resident and school parent Philipe Audax. He will be joined by fellow chefs Spyros Gravas from Greece and Ian Sroufe from Mount Healthy. Culinary professional and herbalist Rita Heikenfeld will be preparing her famous Spa Water.
Suggested donation of $15 per person . Children four and under are free. Seating is limited so make your reservation today. (Tickets are not refundable.)
