LOVELAND, OHIO - Several hundred attended a memorial service Thursday evening for Captain David "Seth" Mitchell at the Loveland, Ohio Veterans' Memorial.
Mitchell was the President of his graduating class in 1997 at Loveland High School, and although the family moved away from Loveland , his parents said that he still considered Loveland as his home.
Linda and Kevin Taylor knew the Marine who died last week in Afghanistan personally. Linda as a mom, because Seth was friends with her own sons who played football with him. She said that Seth was like one of her own sons.
