Increasingly, public discourse has become divisive to the point of impasse. What if we could recognize this impasse as the clashing of human value systems representing ”true" but "partial" perspectives? Integral theory introduces the notion that perspectives on personal and social issues are rooted in the ways people make meaning of their world. As we grow, we expand our circle of concern and understanding. Through Integral we can:* Learn to recognize value systems, including our own, as true...but partial.
* Communicate with others more effectively and with greater compassion by understanding the development of human perspectives and learning the language of the different value systems.
* Create integrated solutions that better meet the requirements of an increasingly complex world.
