Loveland, Ohio - By a 7-0 vote last Tuesday, the dental office proposed for residential zoned land on Lebanon Road moved forward. City Council approved a zoning code change that will now allow offices as a "Special Exemption" in residential neighborhoods.
However the proposed zoning amendment that would have allowed other uses inside residential zones failed to move forward when Councilman Brent Zuck moved to table the ordinance. Voting to "table" the ordinance was Zuch, Paulette Leeper, Rob Weisgerber, David Bednar, and Linda Cox. Mark Fitzgerald and Angie Settell voted to move the ordinance forward.
