Dear Loveland Magazine Readers,
We are open for volunteers every Saturday and Sunday, 9-3 and we provide a pizza and salad
lunch. When I called LaRosa's to locate a group that is selling the Buddy Cards which allowed us to get two pizzas for the price of one (I always bought them from the Scouts.), I learned no one was selling them in Loveland. So, I asked what was involved in selling the cards and learned they are just launching a new program. In the past you received a card with peel off stickers good for so many buy one get one free offers and I think the card was good for about six months.
With the new program you get a plastic card that you activate by calling a number or when you make your first purchase. It is good for 14 buy one large pizza and get 1 large cheese pizza free offers and is good for one year from the activation date. It still sells for $10. We hope to raise enough to at least pay for the pizza for the volunteers.
