All Ohio residents are now eligible for prescription drug savings through the state’s Best Rx program. The free, state-endorsed drug discount has opened to residents regardless of age or income.
Participants can sign up online at www.OhioBestRx.org, or by calling (866) 923-7879. Seniors and other qualifying low-income individuals have been eligible for the program since 2004, saving more than $56 million on over 3.5 million prescriptions.
The program is administered through a public-private partnership between the Ohio Department of Aging and Envision Pharmaceutical Services.
