LOVELAND MAGAZINE HD VIDEO Interviews
Loveland Magazine interviewed twelve Loveland area residents that attended the rally at Miami University on Wednesday afternoon for Rep. Paul Ryan, the selected Vice-Presidential running mate for Mitt Romney.
The 42-year-old Wisconsin congressman rallied a crowd estimated at more than 5,000 at his alma mater. Ryan, a 1992 graduate of Miami was introduced by Ohio Sen. Rob Portman who was previously on the short list of national pundits to get the nod for Romney's pick. Ohio Governor John Kasaich also spoke before turning over the microphone to Portman.
"We need a change. We need to get our financial house in order," said Helen Winterberger.
Robert Winterberger said he is "tickled" that Ryan is running. "I think he is going to be a real addition to Romney. And, I think he's going to do something to turn this financial situation in our country around." Robert Winterberger said he graduated from Miami in 1960 and he was quite proud that Ryan was at the school on Wednesday.
