Milford Area Black Heritage Society Throws Support to Saving Historic Loveland Church

Dear Loveland Magazine Readers,

The Milford Area Black Heritage Society shares the concerns of the Loveland community regarding the prospect of the destruction of this historic landmark.  We are in support of the effort to preserve the Loveland Predestinarian Baptist Church.  Some members have fond memories of attending services there.

We add our voice in unity to this effort so that the contributions and very existence of the Black community may be kept alive in the history of Loveland, of Ohio, and of the United States.

It is important as a nation of many peoples to have our historical record reflect our diversity.  No group should ever be written out of history as some have been in the past.
