Fall Citywide Yard Sales in Milford

Every fall, Milford residents clean the clutter from their attics, drag out treasures from their garages and organize accumulations from their basement in anticipation of the Citywide Yard Sale. 

 

During the October 5 - 7 weekend, residents may host a yard sale at their home without paying a permit fee.  Before participating in the citywide yard sale, there are a few guidelines to keep in mind:

1. Sales may take place between 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
2. Signs cannot be placed within the City's right-of-way or on utility poles. 
3. Signs may be placed on private property with the permission of the property owner.
4. All signs must be removed 24 hours after the sale ends.
