Letter of Intent for Developer Chosen to Complete Loveland Station

Here is the "Letter of Intent" that was unanimously approved by the Loveland Community Imvrovement Corporation (CIC) at their meeting on September 11.

The letter of intent with Rookwood Builders is start a 90 day due diligence period where Rookwood Builders will study the feasibility of  completing the long awaited and stalled development in Historic Downtown Loveland called, Loveland Station.
