Loveland, Ohio - The Loveland Athletic Boosters under the leadership of President Jeff Williams held a ceremonial groundbreaking last week on the new fitness center for Loveland High School. It is being paid for entirely by the boosters and it is the largest gift ever given the school system, even topping the athletic turf at Tiger Stadium, which was also a gift of the boosters.
The $575,000 center will be constructed on the north end of the high school, a 6,500 square foot facility. It is estimated, over 700 athletes use the current weight room facility which was built over 12 years ago and is less then 2,500 sq. feet. The facility will be used by all girl and boys athletic teams and school day fitness classes.Loveland Magazine has become an early supporter of the The Loveland Health and Fitness Center construction and fund raising campaign by providing Still Photo and Video Production for the campaign - both on location, and at the Loveland Magazine TV Studios.
