Girls Volleyball
The Lady Tigers are off to a 2-2 start following an intense 5 set loss to the Anderson Redskins last Tuesday. They look to rebound as they continue their schedule in conference play with a game Thursday at rival Milford. Top players are Lauren Blumberg, Lindsay Flaherty, and Sarah Marlatt who are currently in the top 5 ECC attack leaders.
Boys Soccer
The Tigers recently took on two of the top teams in the city with games against Mason and Lakota West. They chalked up an exciting 2-1 victory over Mason but faltered in a 3-0 loss against Lakota West. The team is currently 3-2, and will continue conference play this Thursday in a home game versus Kings. Loveland is led by Marty Bixler and Greg Bohn, and the team is ranked 3rd in the city.
Girls Soccer
The Lady Tigers are 2-2 following a commanding 4-1 victory against Glen Este at home. They look on to a busy next week with three games at home against Anderson, Little Miami, and Sycamore. The Tigers are currently being led by junior Sydney Dudley who is a verbal commit to The Ohio State University for soccer.
Cross Country
The boys and girls recently competed at the Loveland Invitational this past Saturday, where the boys finished 5th and the girls finished 6th. Next Saturday they travel to the Mason Invitational. The boys are led by Ryan Schroer, and the girls are led by Mackenzie Johnson.
Golf
The boys are at the top of the ECC with a 3-0 conference record and wins over Walnut Hills, Glen Este, and Kings. Top golfers are Reid Waddell, Isaac Vock, and Brian Bullock who are all top 5 in the ECC.
The girls are 3rd in the ECC with a 4-2 record. Their most recent victory was over Harrison and Little Miami in a tri-match where they won by over 20 strokes against both teams. Their next conference match is against the Kings Knights next Wednesday. Top players are Olivia Lee and Anna Vuyk.
Girls Tennis
The Lady Tigers have started strongly with a 7-1 record. Their only recorded loss was against Wyoming in a non-conference match, and their most recent win was a commanding 4-1 victory over Mariemont. Top players are Devin Lally and Katie Hoderlein.
