This is a chance to learn about the Paxton, Ramsey and Butterworth families and see the location of the family cemeteries. The Greater Loveland Historical Society Museum is offering the opportunity to visit the Ramsey Paxton Cemetery located at White Pillars subdivision and the Butterworth Family Cemetery located on the old Butterworth Farm in Warren County, home of the Underground Railroad Stone House.
The tours will include first person interpretations of Paxton/Ramsey early settlers and Butterworth family members. Interpreters will be in period costume. Wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking in some fields.
Following the stops at the two cemeteries, guests are invited back to the museum for a wine and cheese reception inside Bonaventure Museum.
