Republican Rep. Steve Chabot threw the crowd red meat as part of the warm up to Vice Presidential hopeful, Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan's town hall meeting in Carthage on Tuesday morning. Chabot is hoping voters send him back for another term this Fall. He is running against Dem. Jeff Sinnard. They are running for Ohio's 1st Congressional District.
Chabot compared his own voting record in Congress to Ryan's. He said, "I think it's pretty cool." He then charged into mocking Ryan's competition, Vice President Joe Biden who once said that "Jobs" was a three letter word; throwing in a jab at the main stream media for giving Biden a "pass" over the gaff.
Pointing out Biden's golf handicap of 20, he said that President Obama's handicap was, "Joe Biden."
Chabot's demenor then turned stern, talking about current Middle East and North Africa foreign policy, calling the President's recent comments, "Stupid."
Chabot also said that "Obamacare" was a wet blanket thrown over the economy.
