A Local Pumpkin patch just north of Loveland will experience a few more cameras this weekend than normal. As Ohio is such a key factor in the election, Blooms & Berries Farm Market is asking Cincinnatians to come out and “cast their vote” by throwing eggs at the presidential candidate they are least likely to vote for.
To top it all off, on Saturday Oct, 27, Comedy Central will be on site filming for its “Indecision 2012” coverage, viewable on indecision.cc.com. Comedy Central will interview patrons while they get lost in the maze, take hayrides, pick out pumpkins, feed the goats, and of course, cast their slimy egg vote. “We know emotions have been running a little higher lately as the average Ohioan has been inundated with political propaganda. Our political eggboard is a perfect way to liberate some of that built up frustration from debates and mailboxes full of political literature”, says Jeff Probst, owner of Blooms & Berries Farm Market.
Blooms & Berries will continue the path to Stardom Sunday, Oct 27 as it hosts Red Line Films. Producer Steven Drieu will shoot a scene for the pilot episode of “Cul-De-Sac” (working title) a new series on A&E. According to Mr. Drieu, “The farm is beautiful and will be perfect for the family scene we need to shoot.”
