Ohio’s jobless rate drops to 6.8%

That’s a 4-year low; state ranks third in jobs added this year, but percentage gain is 13th

A burst of retail-related hiring heading into the holiday shopping season helped push Ohio’s unemployment rate to a four-year low last month, the state said yesterday.
