Reporter Karen Dudley Grissom talked to Rev. Scott Russ, the youth pastor at Epiphany United Methodist Church to get his reaction to a city council vote to oppose a moratorium on shooting ranges in Loveland. Council Member Mark Fitzgerald proposed a moratorium. Council instead, moved forward with a plan proposed by Council Member Brenton Zuch, to expand areas where they can be located.
Russ also expresses his opinion about Zuch's accusation that residents are using the deaths of school children and teachers in Newtown CT., as an emotional ploy to stop a shooting range from opening near the Loveland Primary and Elementary School Campus.
