Video: Council Votes Down Moratorium on Shooting Ranges Near Schools

This LOVELAND MAGAZINE VIDEO is the discussion from the January 8 Loveland Council meeting on a moratorium on approving new applications for building permits for shooting ranges along Loveland Madeira Road near the Loveland Primary and Elementary School Campus.

Council member, Mark Fitzgerald's motion to implement a moratorium failed. Mayor Rob Weisgerber, Vice-Mayor David Bednar, Paulette Leeper, and Brenton Zuch voted against the ban. Angie Settell, Fitzgerald, and Linda Cox voted "Yes".
