Milford, Ohio - The Greater Milford Area Historical Society (GMAHS) is accepting artists for the 8th Annual Art Affaire. This art and fine craft outdoor show will be held Saturday, September 28 (11 am to 5 PM) on the grounds of Promont House Museum, 906 Main Street, Milford, Ohio.
Art Affaire is a juried show featuring exhibits in the following areas – painting, drawing, photography, paper, collage, ceramics/clay, sculpture, wood, glass, mosaics, mixed media, jewelry, wearable art, fiber, and basketry. The event is open to any artist living in the United States. Applications will be accepted as long as space and/or category balancing allows; however, preferential consideration will be given to applications received by July 1.
This year’s event will recognize artists with awards and cash prizes in selected categories with $100 for Best of Show; $50 for first place; and, $25 for second place. More details are available in the submission packet.
