Morrow, Ohio - It’s time for current and future Little Miami High School students to start thinking about classes for the 2013-2014 school year.
Next year’s high school course offerings are in keeping with this year’s trend: Several additions have been made that continue to expand the number of classes from which students can choose. A new Advanced Placement statistics class and an expansive collection of honors courses are some of the newest features in the Little Miami High School Course Selection Guide<http://www.littlemiamischools.com/userfiles/386/Course%20Guide%20%20w-o%20online.pdf>.
Students will also see that English language arts offerings have changed to full-year courses, where a student will have the same teacher both first and second semester. This allows Little Miami to align its course offerings with the Common Core State Standards. A wide variety of new on-line electives will also be available next year. More information about that will be coming soon. LMHS students in grades 9-11 will be scheduling classes online on April 8-9 during the school day.
