Indian Hill School District Announces New Athletic Director
Indian Hill Exempted Village School District has announced that Loveland Athletic Director, Jeff Zidron has been appointed the new Athletic Director of Indian Hill High School and Indian Hill Middle School effective August 1. Zidron's appointment took place at a special Board of Education meeting on May 7, 2013.
Zidron goes to the Indian Hill School District having most recently served as Athletic Director and Assistant Principal at Loveland High School since 2006. Prior to that time, he served as a science teacher and soccer coach at Loveland and Anderson High Schools. Before beginning his educational career, he was a Senior Vice President of sales working for Johnson & Johnson and ACNielsen.
Chad Hilliker, superintdent of the Loveland District told Loveland Magazine, "Mr. Zidron has spent 12 years of his career serving the students of the Loveland City School District, and the past seven developing a first-class athletics program for our students to enjoy; we thank him for a job well done. Indian Hill is fortunate to bring such an outstanding professional to their team." Hilliker said he wished Zidron all the best as he makes this transition.
A graduate of Marian College with a bachelor's degree in biology, Zidron received a master's degree in Instructional Leadership from Northern Kentucky University. He and his wife, Mary, have three children and three grandchildren and live in Anderson Township.
Superintendent, Dr. Mark Miles, said, "Mr. Zidron has the skills and passion to successfully lead Indian Hill Athletics. His understanding of athletic program development, focus on student athletes, and his vision for the future are among Mr. Zidron's many strengths. He is a visionary and enthusiastic leader and will be a welcome addition to our school community."
