Milford, Oh. - The Greater Milford Area Historical Society (GMAHS) has announced that a number of community organizations will participate in Art Affaire – Milford’s art and crafts show. Visitors will find these groups in the “big tent”, a new addition at Art Affaire, which will be held Saturday, September 28 on the grounds of Promont House Museum, 906 Main Street.
“We have a large show tent that will be a central attraction at this year’s Art Affaire,” commented Marti Kleinfelter, co-chairperson, Art Affaire Committee, “allowing us to host a larger number of local organizations. Art Affaire is sponsored by Greater Milford Area Historical Society, so it’s a natural extension to include both arts- and history-related exhibits at our event. The combination of art and history can go hand-in-hand in reflecting the social values within our community.”
Admission is free with public parking available in the State Route 28/Main Street side of the Kroger and PNC Bank parking lot, Milford. A shuttle will run continuously throughout the day between the parking lot and Art Affaire.
