The Amazing Charity Race (formerly the Loveland’s Amazing Race) is approaching half a million dollars raised for charity.
A record $75,000.00 was awarded from their 2013 event held in Milford and Miami Township this past summer. Groups that benefit from this year’s race are, the Karen Carns Foundation, the Milford Miami Township Sharefest project, the Boy Scouts of America Camp Freidlander, and the loveland based, Chestnut Street Historic Church Preservation project.
Many many small grants were also made to local youth sports teams, church groups, social service and civic organizations. In eight years, the Amazing Charity Race has raised more than $360,000.00 for local charities and non-profits.
