LHS, LMS and LIS students use the Friday, Oct. 18 annual charity football game to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House
Loveland, Oh. - The one and only Ronald McDonald will be in the house at Tiger Stadium Friday, Oct. 18 as the undefeated Loveland High School (LHS) football team plays host to Walnut Hills. Students who serve as student council representatives for LHS, Loveland Middle School (LMS) and Loveland Intermediate School (LIS) invited the beloved character to the game for a special half-time presentation complete with a lantern lighting ceremony as the students work to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House in Cincinnati.
The goal for the annual charity football game is to raise $10,000 for the Ronald McDonald House – that amount allows the students to sponsor one room for a family staying at the house for one year. All are welcome to come out and support the cause – community members will be able to make donations at the game – and cheer on the undefeated Tigers. Game time is 7:30 PM.
