Loveland Presbyterian Church had a busy Mission weekend March 29th and 30th. It began with the Youth beginning a 30 hour famine Friday evening the 28th.
On Saturday, the 29th, the Youth and several members went to Mathew 25 Ministries and sorted clothes for three hours. M25M presented a show of all the things the do from famine to disasters to school supplies.
Sunday, the 30th, several members and Youth went to Nast Trinity Church in Over-the-Rhine to serve a sit down dinner to people of the neighborhood. LPC has been serving these dinners every year for over 25 years. Part of the funds collected from One Great Hour of Sharing are used to buy the food for these dinners.
