Concert to raise funds to send WWII and Korean Vets to D.C. Memorials

Saturday, August 23rd from 6 until 10 PM at the Symmes Township Home of the Brave Park
The Big City Blues Band will get the night started, taking the stage at 6 PM. The Tom Daugherty Orchestra takes over at 8 PM with their Glenn Miller Tribute.
This show features patriotic big band music, singers, and entertainers that will lead a salute to the men and women that serve or have served the U.S. Armed Services during WWII.
It will be a casual and relaxing lawn seating, so bring your own lawn chairs or blankets. Entry is FREE. Food, wine and beer will be available.
All Proceeds go to the Honor Flight Tri-State organization, whose mission is – To fly as many World War ll and Korean veterans to see their memorials in Washington DC as they can – as fast as they can.
The event ends at 10 PM with a fireworks display provided by Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks.
