Lots and lots of amazing things are happening at Sangha these days and Becky and I are just thrilled to be a part of all the sparkly goodness. :) There are new hatha yoga teachers and classes on Mondays (Robyn Adair) and Thursdays (Pam Brown), and our new class schedule began yesterday.
Last Wednesday we had our first official Sangha Seva Sunday meeting and there were five enthusiastic volunteers at the brainstorming session. The cutest part of the evening is that someone thought that it was called "Save-A-Sunday" since Seva sounds like that - I loved that so much and borrowed the play on sanskrit words. We have river clean ups and CSA garden assistance on the calendar already. Yay!
Also there are plenty of opportunities within Sangha Yoga School. Right now is last call for registration for Lila's 2-month Hatha Yoga intensive. So excited about that, printing manuals today - ohhh lala. And then in October, we are hosting Becky's Trauma Sensitive Teacher Training program which begins October 5, and that offering has so many blessings in it - we can't even list them all right here. :)
If you have ideas how we can serve you, or how you can become more involved at Sangha, please let us know. Remember, sangha means spiritual community, so our place is for you and your whole family. Many blessings to your heart and your life.
Om and Pranams,
Lila and Becky
