UP-DATE:

The Clermont County Engineer has announced that the closing of Branch Hill Loveland Road will be delayed until September 6 because of weather conditions.

The closure was to begin tomorrow, Wednesday, August 24.

The road is now expected to re-open on Friday. September 23.

Branch Hill, Ohio – Clermont County Engineer Patrick Manger has decided to close Branch Hill Loveland Road to replace road culverts. The first closure is between 444 and 454 Branch Hill Loveland Road and will move on to replace seven total culverts.

Manger said in a press release, “It is impractical to construct a temporary highway/culvert and that a temporary detour is required.”

The road will be closed from Wednesday August 24 until Friday September 9.

The length of the closure is 6.29 miles and can be viewed on the map below.

Loveland City Manager Dave Kennedy said the City doesn’t anticipate the same impact as the Branch Hill Guinea closure had on downtown earlier this year.
