Loveland, Ohio – This Fall, the 19th Annual Back Pack Program, presented by The Loveland Initiative, will offer your children a backpack filled with school supplies.
Qualifying families who meet income guidelines on the chart below and live in the Loveland City School District are eligible.
You may sign-up your children between July 1st through July 29th at Northstar Community Church, 11020 South Lebanon Road, each Thursday and Friday in July from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM. (Arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time. Closed on July 4 holiday.
Families MUST sign up students for this program by the July 29 deadline

Current Jobs & Family Service Approval Letter – verifying proof of income, residency, and children in the household or Recertification Form
IF NOT IN SUBSIDIZED HOUSING BRING

Duke Energy Utility Bill in Head of Household’s name with current Loveland address and dated within last 30 days to show Proof of Residency
