Loveland, Ohio – Kevin Malof is making his way through several City Hall approvals to turn the former Bond Furniture warehouse at 115 Karl Brown Way into restaurant and conference center use. One-third of the building is proposed to be used for a restaurant and the remainder for a conference room.

The concept is to create a river walk along the river to “fully utilize the riverfront as much as possible”. There will be an outdoor patio and walkway along the Little Miami River. An Italian restaurant has been proposed.

The design includes a replica of a water tower “to bring back some history.” In days of railroad glory in Loveland’s distant past, there was a water tower in the Historic District that was used to replenish water used by steam locomotives.

Below are renderings of what the restaurant and conference center will look like as submitted to City Hall.
