Loveland, Ohio – The City of Loveland is seeking candidates for the position of Police Officer. This is a full time position with starting annual pay $56,286 and benefits. Top pay after 4 years is $67,989, plus overtime and holidays. High School Diploma or GED and OPOTA Certification required at the time of appointment. College degree and/or military service is preferred but not required. The hiring process includes a written exam, oral interview, background investigation, truth verification test, psychological assessment, drug test, and medical exam.

The written examination will be held on Saturday, December 5, at 10:AM, at Loveland Middle School, 757 South Lebanon Road, Loveland, OH 45140. Applications for the position are available at the Loveland Safety Center, 126 South Lebanon Road, Loveland, OH 45140 between the hours of 8 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, or through the City’s website www.lovelandoh.com/employment.

A $15 non-refundable fee and completed application with signature must be received by 4:30 PM, Tuesday, December ,1 to participate in the examination. Applications will not be accepted at the exam.
