From constructing towers from 100 plastic cups, to building with 100 LEGO bricks, the teachers at Loveland Early Childhood Center (LECC) didn’t allow the 100th day of class to slip away without some fun in February!

“This is a true milestone for our young Tigers, and we really wanted to get creative and make the occasion one they would remember,” said Kyle Bush, LECC principal.

That included kindergarten through first grade students participating in 100 exercises, creating a self-portrait of what they will look like at 100 years old, writing an essay about what they would do with $100, and designing a picture from 100 dots.

“We are so proud of our students, and we want them to be proud of themselves,” said Bush. “This was the perfect way to celebrate and learn.”
