Loveland, Ohio – The new short film Regret from Loveland resident, Dean Parker is about a teenage boy who helps the girl of his dreams pack before she moves away. The film stars, David Easton and Victoria Shields.
Parker’s film No Love In Loveland was a 2015 Official Selection in the All-American High School Film Festival, the Film Dayton Festival, a 2016 Official Selection at the Texas Independent Film Festival, and a Silver Key Award winner at the 2016 Scholastic Arts Competition.
Parker is 18 years old and is a senior at Loveland High School. He will be attending college at Ohio University this fall to begin studying Integrated Media.
Since around the fifth grade Dean began making films for fun with some of his friends and family. Upon entering high school he began to take what he loves and turn it into what he wishes to be a career.
He has created short films which have been selected to be a part of many film festivals and has also been
hired to create videos for his school, churches, and theatre groups. He is also a videographer for Loveland Magazine and the editor and one of the news anchors for his school’s news crew: LHSNN.
