Loveland City Schools’ board of education is searching for a new superintendent. We want to include you in the process of thinking about the kind of person Loveland needs in this important leadership role. We have heard from many in the community who have said “listen to us!” This exchange will let us hear from many in the community. We are using other methods to include everyone in the process as well.
A Thought Exchange is an online platform that will allow us to have open and honest conversations regarding the qualities of an outstanding School Superintendent. We have created one question that will give us solid information about your opinion. This collaborative approach will allow our students, teachers, staff, and stakeholders to share different perspectives and learn from one another as we move toward the selection of our district leader. All responses in the Thought Exchange are completely anonymous, no one will know the identity of the respondents.
