Loveland, Ohio – Loveland High School (LHS) Senior Colin Johnson and 2015 Graduate Devin Lally have been named Quill and Scroll National Winners in the 2015 Yearbook Excellence Contest for two photographs published in the 2015 LHS yearbook.
“We are extremely proud of the yearbook we produced, and even more excited that these two students earned this prestigious recognition for their outstanding work,” said Rhonda Overbeeke, LHS English teacher and yearbook advisor.
As a national winner, each student is eligible to apply for Quill and Scroll journalism scholarships. Johnson was award for his photo titled Swimming. Lally was award for her photo titled Many Talents, One Ambition for a photo she captured of LHS Teacher Kelly Partridge at the SADD mock car crash prior to prom.
