Loveland, Ohio – Al Kressler, a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission appeared at the Loveland Council meeting Tuesday evening and during the Open Forum gave reasons why he would embrace and support a proposed parking garage in Historic Downtown. Kressler said he was expressing his personal opinion and not speaking on behalf of the Commission.
