The unknown person shown above is wanted for the investigation of Aggravated Robbery which occurred at Cricket Wireless at 10498 Loveland Madeira Road in Symmes Township on January 20, 2018. The subject is wearing a distinctive black coat with blue sleeves with black or gray gloves.

Symmes Township, Ohio – Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Neil reports an Aggravated Robbery which occurred at the Cricket Wireless store located at 10498 Loveland Madeira Rd., in Symmes Township, at 3:47 PM on Saturday, January 20.

A male employee was getting ready to close the store when he began counting the money in the cash register. Shortly thereafter, one male suspect entered the store wearing a mask and gloves. The suspect produced a handgun, and ordered the clerk to give him the money in the cash register. The suspect took an unknown amount of U.S. currency. The suspect made the clerk go into the bathroom and told him to wait thirty minutes. The suspect then fled the store on foot in an unknown direction. A K9 responded to the store to conduct a track which was unsuccessful.

The clerk was the only employee in the store at the time of the incident and was not injured. The suspect was described as a male white about about 6’0 with a dark hoody.

The robbery remains under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Section (CIS). Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to call CIS at 513-851-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 513-352-3040.
