Loveland, Ohio – Council voted on Tuesday evening to send a proposal for a 101 unit “Senior” apartment building on Loveland Madeira Road to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their recommendation.

There was no discussion at the council table other than to be sure what they were voting on.

Mayor Linda Cox asked if anyone would make a motion to move forward with the process of changing the Zoning Map, and got silence. Reluctantly, Vice-Mayor Fitzgerald introduced a motion that was seconded. by Rob Weisgerber.

Cox, Fitgerald, Paulette Leeper, Angie Settle, and Weisgerber all voted, “Yes”. Pam Gross and Ted Phelps were absent.

The Planning and Zoning Commission next meets on August 18 at 7 PM. Stay tuned…
