LYP Power Ryde Healthy Happy Hour
Loveland, Ohio – David Miller went with Meredith Taylor and Nick Winnenberg last week to Power Ryde to learn about an event they have planned for February 20. Nick heads the Loveland Young Professionals and Meredith is the Program Director of the Little Miami River Chamber Alliance. Both are, “Loveland Young Professionals”.
Nick explained what his group does and Meredith who is a semi-experienced Power Ryder demonstrated to Nick what Power Ryding is all about.
On the 20th, Power Ryde co-owner Casey Hilmer will lead you in a 45 minute cycling class. You’ll be on “Real Ryder” bikes that tilt to give you a full body workout!
Stay after for healthy snacks and some networking.
